CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY
Clinical Hypnotherapy is the process by which a hypnotist or hypnotherapist uses skills of hypnotism and suggestion to aid and reinforce the psychometric powers of the client and relieve and control disadvantageous patterns of behaviour or problematic symptoms or conditions. The skills of the hypnotherapist are effective only through the cooperation and agreement of the client and any success that might be obtained will be completely dependent on the desire of the client to receive such benefits and their willingness to work with the therapist to achieve desired and beneficial results.
I have knowledge, skills and experience in the use of the therapeutic techniques/processes of Hypnotherapy - NLP - Psychotherapy to help:-
- Relieve stress and anxiety.
- Stop bad habits.
- Help phobias.
- Increase confidence.

Treatment
Each session is planned to last between one hour and an hour and a half and is arranged through an appointment system. Treatment will normally take place at my home. A standard fee is charged per session. At the first session a series of questions will be asked to gain a detailed appreciation of your condition, motivations, current treatments and medication, all of which will be treated in the strictest confidence. In some cases, with your permission, I may approach your GP to inform him/her of the proposed treatment and to seek guidance as to relevant factors relating to your condition that I should take into account before commencing Clinical Hypnotherapy.
The object of the primary session is to investigate as thoroughly as possible, the nature of the conditions and set the objectives of treatment in a clear and understandable way for you. To explain and set to rest any nervousness over the treatments and to gain your confidence and cooperation so that the Hypnotherapy has the highest chance of realising your objectives.
